How buy works

1. Sign in with Google on the tool (or Dashboard).
2. Tap Buy. Razorpay opens — pay with that same Google email (we do not ask you to type a purchase email).
3. After pay you should see Paid — pack open, with payment id and links to Dashboard / Orders.
4. Reopen anytime: same Google email → tool page or Dashboard.

Paid but still locked

1. Confirm you are signed in with the same Google email used at checkout (header chip shows it).
2. On the tool bar, tap Check payment again and paste your Razorpay payment id (pay_…).
3. Or open My orders → use Check payment again there.
4. Still stuck? WhatsApp with payment id — we repair unlock by hand.

Payment receipt vs GST invoice

Every paid order has a printable payment receipt on My orders (seller: JR Loan Advisors, your Google email, tool, amount, payment id, date IST).

We are not yet GST-registered, so we do not issue a GST tax invoice with a seller GSTIN today. When GSTIN is registered, WhatsApp payment id (+ your GSTIN if you need it on the invoice) and we will send a tax invoice. You can save your buyer GSTIN later on account for that step.

Failed payment / double charge

If Razorpay failed or you closed the window, nothing is unlocked and usually nothing is charged. If money left your account but the pack did not open, use Check payment again with the payment id, or WhatsApp us. For a confirmed double charge on the same tool, WhatsApp both payment ids — we refund the duplicate.

Refunds

Digital packs open as soon as pay succeeds. If the tool never unlocked after a successful pay, we repair or refund. If you bought the wrong tool by mistake, WhatsApp within 48 hours with payment id — we review case by case. Refunds go back to the original Razorpay method.

Wrong Google account

Packs stay on the Google email used at checkout. Leave the account (header chip or tool bar), then Sign in with that email. We do not move a pack to a different email without a WhatsApp check (payment id required).

This is not a bank approval

These tools prepare your file and numbers. They do not give a loan offer or a bank interest rate. The bank still decides.
