What should I send in my first message?
Your city, the loan type, approximate amount, a line about your business (type, turnover) and the property you can offer (type, location, approximate value). No documents are needed for the first conversation.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We are Chennai-based and consult by phone, WhatsApp and video. In-person meetings are arranged by appointment.
Will you ask for OTPs or passwords?
No. We never ask for OTPs, PINs or passwords. If someone claiming to be us or a bank asks, do not share them.
