This policy explains how JR Loan Advisors ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through jrloanadvisors.com, WhatsApp, phone and email.
What data do we collect?
- Enquiry data you provide: name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, city, loan type and amount, business and property details.
- Loan documents you choose to share later (KYC, financials, bank statements, property papers).
- Technical data: basic, privacy-friendly traffic analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics (pages visited, referring site, country, device and browser type, page load performance). It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps standard request logs for security and aggregate statistics. The calculators run in your browser and do not send what you type.
- Google Ads measurement: we use Google’s ad tag (gtag.js) to count enquiries that come from our Google ads. It runs in Google Consent Mode with all ad and analytics storage denied by default, so no ad cookies are set and only cookieless signals are sent until you click “Accept” on the cookie notice, or submit the enquiry form with the consent box ticked (which allows ad storage for measuring that enquiry). Ad personalisation (remarketing) stays off. After you Accept, we may also record simple click events (call, WhatsApp, enquiry send, sample PDF preview, paid-tool unlock) with no form field contents. If you arrive from a Google ad, the ad click ID is kept in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days and sent with your enquiry; your cookie choice is also kept in local storage. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser.
Why do we use it?
- To respond to your enquiry and assess your loan requirement.
- To prepare and submit your application to lenders you approve.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who do we share it with?
Only with banks/NBFCs you have agreed to approach, and with service providers who help us operate (for example, the form-processing service and email provider), under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
How long do we keep it?
For as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
What are your rights?
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, you may request access, correction, completion, erasure, and withdrawal of consent, and nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf. Contact: jitendraa@jrloanadvisors.com.
How do we protect it?
We use reasonable security safeguards, limit access to what is necessary, and never ask for OTPs, PINs or passwords.
